The second annual Bourbon City BBQ Festival will be held August 31 & September 1, 2012 at the Nelson County Fairgrounds. $3,000 prize money.

The backyard cooker competitions will be held on August 31st & Sept. 1st.

 

 

MISSION STATEMENT

“It is our mission to promote team work among non-profit groups in the interest of supporting the Bourbon City BBQ Festival in Nelson County, Bardstown, KY. This organization may extend its activities to include the coordination of special interest groups outside the state of Kentucky in the promotion of this festival. It also promotes the competition of BBQ cook-offs and agricultural products such as beef, pork, and chicken.”
